Shipping Methods

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours by First Class post with Royal Mail. If you urgently need an item the next day, please order before 3pm and tell me it's urgent. I can also arrange Guaranteed Next Day Delivery with Royal Mail or Courier which is expensive, please request this by email and I will advise you of the additional postage cost.

A ‘Certificate of Posting’ is always obtained by me when posting orders. Please note: Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for lost packages.

I do take a holiday sometimes and I place a notification on the WELCOME PAGE stating when I will be away and no orders can be dispatched.

I charge a FLAT RATE for postage & packaging, regardless of the size of the order - please see below.
There is also the option to collect your order free of charge from the address at the bottom of this page. Just select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout to choose this option.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I pack all our products myself and every care is taken to ensure correct items, quantities, envelopes and sufficient packaging are used. If there's a mistake or fault please accept my apologies and notify me at once.

If an item arrives damaged, you should post it back to me to get a refund or replacement.

Problems with bought in stock are referred back to that manufacturer and it’s their responsibility for giving a substitute if I do not hold one in stock. Sometimes I cannot make a substitute if an item is no longer manufactured and a refund will be made.
